I am grateful for

Tonight I am grateful for many things...
My sweet little fishy and his super cute bum
My sweet niece Felicity and her cutie pie Mom (Kelli)
Sam starting to learn how to share. As long as no one takes anything too important.
My little man with a sticker from Target on his head. That he wore for 2 hours. And yes, it is in Spanish.
The thing I am most grateful for is my wonderful husband. Not only does he work so hard every day to provide for us and to let me stay home, he rushes home to save me when I'm having a bad day. He is my knight in shining armor and I love him very much.

Two of a Kind

I have been fighting against everyone who says that Sam looks "just like Devin". I think he looks a lot like me. Well, I guess I was wrong. So, to everyone out there who thinks you are right, you are. (Thanks to Lori Bean for being the only person to ever say that Sam looks like me!)

Sammy's 2nd Birthday!

Time really flies! Today was Sammy's 2nd birthday and we had lots of fun. We had a party at Grumpa and Grandma Julie's house. We had a BBQ, cake and ice cream, presents and Sam and I swam for about 10 minutes (Sam didn't want to swim, he just wanted to play with his new toys). What a fun day. He has brought so much joy into our lives and I wouldn't trade these last two years for anything!

Happy 4th of July!

The 4th of July is by far my favorite holiday. I love the parade, the swimming at my mom and dad's, all the good food, and I LOVE fireworks. I love being with our cousins too. We always have a good time. This year Blake and my cousin Alicia got our parade spot at 4:30 am. Ah, to be young again!
Sammy really liked the parade once all the police cars and fire trucks had passed. They were a little too loud for him.

Our California Adventure

We went to California in June for my cousin Melissa's wedding and snuck in 3 fun days at Disneyland. (Devin also snuck in some golf!) We loved seeing the Thorntons and the wedding was beautiful. Taking a 2 year old on a week long vacation with 3 days of Disneyland was kinda hard. I think I need a vacation from our vacation!
