Peaches and a new skill

I learned how to can peaches. It was a lot of effort to get those 12 jars but don't they look pretty all lined up?! One nice thing about staying home is that I now have time to try new things. I am getting really good at making PB&J without crusts and making things with play-doh. I guess I am replacing one skill set with another. I miss my friends at work, but I really couldn't be happier to stay home. Hurray for me!

I am soooo impressed with your peach canning skill. That is not something I have dared to even think about! Congrats!

Superb! I am also proud of you-think of something that I can do besides canning and then we can swap for the rest of our lives. You can can my food and I can...Help! I must have a skill somewhere. I just watched the RS broadcast and President Uchdorf and I are proud of you for "creating something that wasn't there before". Impressive!

Hey-
Do you have Lindsay's email? You know the one who lives in New York? I work tonight, so if you do, could you email it to me at work? Thanks so much! I want to come over and eat ALL of your peaches! They look SOOOOO good!

Hey congrats on the new skills! It's been a while since I emailed you, but I wanted to let you know that we finally have our own blog, so you can see updates of Daniel, and the family. Hope all is going well!

Good for you! I need to learn how to do more stuff like that. Those peaches look yummy. I can only imagine how much work that must have been.

That is great, you are amazing! I remember seeing a picture of my mom with her line-up of canned goods, it IS hard work. Enjoy those yummy works of art!

Mucho impressive, Krista! It's amazing the new skills we get to come up with as moms! I've only canned at my moms house! But now I'm so far away, I can't even mooch off of her stash!
